A Fortune 500 company selected the a premier Tucson resort at West Tucson, AZ as the venue for their annual corporate gala. The two-day event would host 300 executives, clients, and VIP guests in an outdoor terrace setting overlooking the Tucson Mountains.
The event planner's requirements were exacting. The outdoor terrace venue had limited permanent restroom access, requiring supplemental portable facilities. However, these couldn't be ordinary portable restrooms — the event demanded luxury-level amenities that matched the resort's five-star setting. ADA compliance was non-negotiable, as the company's strict inclusivity policies required full accessibility at all facilities.

Our luxury restroom trailers served as the primary facilities. Each trailer featured air conditioning, running hot and cold water, flushing porcelain toilets, vanity mirrors with lighting, hardwood-style flooring, and premium hand soap and towels. These trailers are virtually indistinguishable from permanent indoor restrooms.
ADA-compliant units were positioned at each restroom station, providing wheelchair-accessible facilities with grab bars, lowered sinks, and wide entry doors. Every restroom station included at least one ADA unit, ensuring guests with mobility needs had convenient access regardless of where they were on the terrace.
Portable hand wash stations supplemented the trailers' built-in sinks, providing additional hand washing capacity during peak usage times such as the cocktail hour and post-dinner period.
Placement and Aesthetics
The a premier resort's terrace setting required careful placement to maintain the venue's visual appeal. We worked with the resort's landscaping team to position units behind existing landscape features, screen walls, and decorative elements. Pathway lighting guided guests to the facilities along attractive walkways that felt intentional rather than improvised.
The luxury trailers were connected to on-site power for climate control and lighting, ensuring consistent air conditioning throughout both days of the event.
Servicing
Our team performed a comprehensive pre-event setup and cleaning the morning of day one. A discrete mid-event service visit was scheduled during the transition between the daytime conference sessions and the evening gala program. A full refresh was completed overnight between day one and day two, and final cleanup and removal occurred the morning after the event concluded.
