The Large Annual Festival is one of the largest events in southern Arizona, attracting over 50,000 visitors from around the world to the a major convention center in downtown Tucson at 260 S Church Ave in South Tucson. The show spans two full weeks, with exhibitors and attendees flowing through multiple halls and outdoor exhibition areas from morning until evening, seven days a week.
The event organizers needed a portable sanitation partner who could deliver large-scale capacity, maintain impeccable cleanliness over a 14-day continuous operation, and adapt to fluctuating daily attendance. With multiple zones spread across the convention center campus, a single restroom location wouldn't suffice — the solution needed to be distributed, accessible, and consistently serviced.

A second service visit occurred mid-afternoon during a lower-traffic window to ensure units remained fresh for the evening hours.
We also maintained an on-call emergency response throughout the event, with a service vehicle stationed within 15 minutes of the venue for rapid response to any unexpected needs.
